Character & Mental Toughness- How to Get Out of a Hole

When you find yourself in a hole: 1st put the shovel down, 2nd pay attention to those pointing out the ladder, 3rd start climbing.

Each step is a character trait to be addressed and mastered.
Step1 humility
Step 2 caring about the goal & others
Step 3 teamwork
Step 4 effort
Step 5 courage
Step 6 discipline
Step 7 perserverance
Step 8 commitment
Step 9 inititiative
Step 10 leadership
Step 11 awareness

If you truly want to get better, you will come to realize how each of these plays a role in our daily decision making.
